Every consignment can be tracked online and is always insured. Simply because should anything at anytime be lost or damaged during shipping process, you will receive a replacement or money back. If your parcel will be delivered then please check for any harms. If you find anything wrong or detect our seal is broken then you must open the parcel in precence of the carrier. Check the content and then - only then - receipt. Thanks.
Arcadeshop sends for free to several countries at a certain minimum order value as stated below in our freightage index. Outside of Germany we only ship goods paid in advance by bank transfer or Paypal. Delivery time within Germany is 1-2 working days, shipping to neighboring countries takes 2-3 working days.
Outside of Germany shipping fee depends on location of receipt, package weight and volume. The Zone based rates stated below are calculated with average measures and include a handling fee of 1 to 2 EUR. Parcels weighing up to 2 kg will be shipped by airmail (lead time 7-10 working days), heavier parcels will be shipped by more economical surface (lead time 2-3 weeks).
