This board connects two rotary 12-position switch joysticks e.g. the Happ Controls Rotary Joystick (50-5618-00) or the Seimitsu LS-30 (originally used in Ikari Warriors) to USB. The board appears to the PC as a USB keyboard. The keycodes sent to the PC are fixed and are as follows: P1 left "[", P1 right "]", P2 left "Backslash" and P2 right "/". Included are: PCB and USB cable.

Please note, for the common control function of a rotary stick like up, down, left, right you still need a usual keyboard encoder like an I-PAC or similar.
