32-Input button and joystick switch interface (keyboard encoder with 32 direct inputs, several more reachable by courtesy of shift function). Does not use a matrix, there's no ghost key. Only USB compatible. Works in 2 modes: 1 unchangeable for use with MAME and 1 freely programmable (reset on power off).
